Thank you dear readers for making this a banner week at the Demagaga blog. I never expected this project to be so fun and take off so quickly. I hope to continue to provide you with the best from the web in the months to come. I am also proud to announce that shortly we expect to sell Demagaga t-shirts as part of a fundraising effort for the blog and Project Bread. Proceeds from the sale of the Demagaga t-shirts will go toward funding the blog project while 25% of sales will go toward Project Bread. Project Bread is a great charity “dedicated to alleviating, preventing, and ultimately ending hunger in Massachusetts.” We expect the uniquely designed shirts should be available beginning around the 15th of September and each will cost approximately $15.99 with as yet to be determined shipping and handling. I advocate for Project Bread, in addition to other charities, because I believe it is as important to give back as it is to receive. If I am going to blog here daily I want this to do more than entertain, I want it also to help be a small agent of change and progress. If I can sell a couple of t-shirts and help get this project rolling while simultaneously feeding the needy, well, that’s an opportunity that I cannot possibly pass up. Here’s to the future!
