A New York man claims to have found out about his wife’s adultery via a locate a friend feature on her iPhone 4S that he had purchased for her. The cuckolded husband surreptitiously download the app to her phone, and then used it to locate her within the city of New York. Subsequently, he then found out she was in a location vastly different from her stated location. In fact, she was at the location of a ‘suspected’ lover’s home. Besides being supremely creepy and acting as a great advert for anything but an iPhone, this story has been criticized by some for lacking in veracity though it has been reported by FoxNews, CNet and others. Whether or not it is true, it is disturbing in concept. Who knows how technology will change the way we interact with each other and the world around us in the future.
