Joffrey’s palace, the fittingly named Red Keep was built by the dragon lords of the Targaryen dynasty. It is the center of intrigue in Westeros and a backdrop for much of the action in a Game of Thrones. Westeros’ largest city, it is also its most corrupt and degenerate with a massive gap between the rich and the poor and fetid conditions for many. Not a place to visit!
